Wattpad WEBTOON Studios, the global entertainment and publishing division of WEBTOON and Wattpad, and Leone Film Group, a leading Italian production and distribution company, have announced two new adaptations based on Wattpad’s successful webnovels, to add to the previously announced Bad Boy’s Girl.

The Locker Exchange, a romantic thriller based on a Wattpad webnovel by Ann Rae with over 26 million readers, will be adapted into a film in English and Italian.

Aron Levitz, David Madden and Lindsey Ramey will produce it for Wattpad WEBTOON Studios, together with Raffaella Leone and Andrea Leone for Leone Film Group.

The screenplay will be written by Marco Borromei (Game of Love), Michela Straniero (Out of My League) and Alessandra Martellini (Don Matteo).

The webnovel Love Me, Love Me by Stefania S, with 11.9 million readers, will be adapted into a series by Lotus Production, a Leone Film Group company.

The series will be produced by Levitz, Madden and Sera Tabb for Wattpad WEBTOON Studios, and by Raffaella Leone and Andrea Leone for Leone Film Group. The screenplay writers are Daniela delle Foglie (Summertime), Serena Tateo (Sbratz) and Veronica Galli (Blame Freud).
